Volunteering
Moody Gardens relies on volunteers to support our staff and mission of providing an educational destination utilizing nature in the advancement of rehabilitation, conservation, recreation and research. Whether in education, horticulture, assisting keepers and aquarists or other departments, volunteers make an impact every day to help provide a rich and enjoyable experience for all our visitors.
Internships
We are proud to offer college students the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of their choice.
Hope Therapy
Hope Therapy offers Horticultural Therapy, through which individuals with disabilities can improve sensory awareness and motor abilities, regain confidence, and learn new skills to prepare for employment opportunities.
Conservation
Each year we contribute funds, time and expertise to help protect and preserve animals and habitats.
